Steven Frost

CEO

Steven founded Smith & Henderson in 2011. He graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2006 and spent his early career in strategy, research and marketing roles in agencies and financial services.

Sharon Weston

Account Manager

Following a successful career at Motorola, Sharon joined Smith & Henderson in 2012. She is responsible for coordinating our franchise survey projects and events.

Tobias Clapton

Engagement Consultant

After graduating from the University of Bath, Tobias went into teaching before a number of commercial management roles in the private sector.  Tobias works closely with many of our employee survey clients.

Analyst

Christine joined Smith & Henderson in 2014, having worked in analytical roles in several bluechip companies. As an analyst, Christine works closely with our consultants to provide actionable insight for our clients.

Mel Agar-Hutton

Engagement Consultant (Associate)

Mel joined Smith & Henderson in 2017, following employee communications and engagement roles at HSBC and Countrywide Plc. Mel currently chairs the Engage 4 Success Communication Thought and Action Group. Mel leads the development of our survey best practice materials.

Lilith Nagorski

Research Manager

Lilith joined Smith & Henderson in 2017, bringing extensive market research and project management experience. Lilith supports clients to maximise buy-in into their engagement programmes and specialises in helping them link improvements in employee engagement to business metrics like staff turnover and customer satisfaction.

Maya Laskowska

Analyst

Maya joined Smith & Henderson in 2016, following a number of strategy and planning roles for Honda.  A statistics guru with two degrees, Maya is currently studying towards her Mathematics Masters, part-time. Maya specialises in converting quantitative data into actionable insight and specific recommendations for our clients.

Analyst

Ryan joined Smith & Henderson in 2016, shortly after graduating from the University of Liverpool, reading Economics. As an analyst, Ryan works closely with our consultants to provide actionable insight for our clients.

 

Carol Frost

Administration and Accounts

Carol helps us to run a tight ship, ensuring our suppliers get paid on time and raising invoices for our clients. She’s also responsible for day-to-day administration.
